Job Summary
LaSalle Network is hiring an Analyst, Digital Campaign Pricing & Targeting to support the planning, analysis, and optimization of digital media strategies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with advertisers, agencies, and sales teams to design impactful campaigns, align pricing with client goals, and ensure profitable growth through analytical insights and performance optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales teams to scope, price, and recommend digital campaigns that meet client objectives and budgets.
- Manage inventory availability throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Apply analytical insights from pricing data, performance metrics, and competitive trends to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Develop expertise in EHR data, medical codes, and audience targeting to improve precision marketing.
- Collaborate with strategy and insights teams to guide renewal and optimization decisions.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, healthcare, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in analysis, pricing, or campaign strategy.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, SQL, or digital ad platforms.
- Background in digital media, campaign design, or pharmaceutical data.
- Familiarity with DMPs, ad exchanges, or ad-serving technologies.
