What will you do?
Proactively engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls
Educate customers on available home services, guiding them to make informed decisions tailored to their needs
Build meaningful relationships and establish trust to deliver value-driven solutions
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics
Accurately document customer interactions and call notes in Salesforce
Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes
What we are looking for
A motivated, goal-driven professional with a passion for helping others
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions and effectively address objections
Proficient typing and computer navigation abilities across multiple systems and platforms
A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Sales or customer service experience
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
Spanish-speaking abilities

Base salary + uncapped commission

Short sales cycle (most close in under 5 days)
Paid training (9 classroom days + ramp-up coaching over 3-6 months)
