Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Permit Place. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing project timelines and ensuring that all necessary permits are secured efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence research and prepare supporting documentation for permitting projects.
- Maintain, update, and report project trackers and internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers with assigned tasks across all phases of a project.
- Order prints, create shipments, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Assist in entering data into project management software (e.g., Accelo) and generate status updates.
- Follow up with clients and agencies on project status alongside APMs.
- Ensure all daily timesheets and assigned reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the permitting process.
- Maintain 80% utilization rate.
- Provide reliable support project teams and clients.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Software Suite and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player
All employees must have a good driving record and be eligible to be insured under Permit Place’s automobile insurance policy in order to drive a company car.
Due to the fact that an essential part of each workday requires the transporting of large plan documents, all employees in this position must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
