Bushue HR, Inc. is expanding and seeking a self-motivated individual for an HR Administrative Assistant.
Excellent customer service, self-motivated, high attention to detail, organized, excellent office and communication skills required.
This position is designed to provide administrative & clerical support with a focus on researching, developing, and providing HR consulting support.
Duties:
- Assist in the developing and maintaining client support materials
- Organize and prioritize research and program information on the company network
- Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and other activities for management
- Responsible overseeing the client portal and online training portal – assists clients with issues, setting up new clients, etc.
- Receives incoming phone calls, transfers, messages, or inquires as necessary
- Ensure that all client projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for scheduling and confirming client meetings
- Entering client information into the company databases and computer systems and then disseminating the information to all company employees.
- Researches new laws and regulations on a continual basis.
- Assists with bidding out and tracking all commercial lines insurance for company clients.
- Assists with preparing renewal information for clients.
- Organize and prioritize research and program information on the company network.
- Interacts on a daily basis with insurance carriers, agents, and clients assisting them with questions, processing information, etc.
- Researches new laws and regulations on a continual basis for the insurance field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
