Graham Technologies is hiring an Operations Support Technician to support its customers' Special Programs (SAPs/CAPs/ACCMs), including cradle-to-grave Identity Data Management (IDM), due diligence assessments, program documentation, and access/accountability support.
Location: Springfield, VA
- Provide SME support across Special Programs operational activities.
- Lead IDM lifecycle activities; prepare, review, and staff IDM documentation.
- Execute day-to-day integration of special program requirements; produce formal recommendations/reports.
- Conduct Due Diligence (DD) assessments per DoD policy; draft comprehensive DD reports.
- Attend/represent at community meetings and WGs; track due-outs/suspenses.
- Maintain accountability of operational support documentation and pocket litter; process pocket-litter requests in approved databases.
- Track program accesses; conduct indoctrinations/debriefs.
- Collaborate with internal offices and DoD/IC partners; prepare/deliver briefings.
- Develop and maintain security procedures/guidance; maintain required metrics/records.
- Receive, control, safeguard, and disseminate SCI/collateral material IAW policy.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Completion of DoD Advanced Technician Course.
- 5+ years conducting or directly supporting special/sensitive operational activities.
- Experience with Identity Data Management policies, directives, and instructions
- DoD Advanced Planning Course and/or Due Diligence Course.
- 2+ years hands-on DD supporting CI assessments and IDM.
- Experience with IDM procedures, databases, and automated tools.
