Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Experience Manager based in Dallas, TX. The Sales Experience Manager will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by overseeing the sales process, managing customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will coordinate with team members to provide outstanding service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and improve the dealership's sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Experience management
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- Project Management experience to oversee and coordinate sales initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record in sales and customer relations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
