The Business Partner and Campaigns associate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated communications campaigns and business partner initiatives. This role is ideal for a communications professional eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a dynamic team, while helping drive impactful projects that support both business unit and Firmwide goals.
What You'll Do In The Role
- Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-platform communications campaigns, working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams.
- Support the development of presentations, executive summaries, and campaign status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Help manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Contribute to content planning and production, including drafting copy for internal channels and supporting ad hoc writing needs.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, helping to prepare post-campaign analyses.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal business partners, responding to requests and facilitating communication between teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help document best practices for campaign management.
- Provide project management assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Director or senior team
This Associate role is designed to provide foundational experience in communications and campaign management, with opportunities to learn from senior leaders and contribute to high-impact projects.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination (internships and relevant coursework may be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Familiarity with digital content management systems, intranet platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
- Basic project management skills; experience supporting projects or campaigns preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 80000 and 125000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
