Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- Promote Leafguard’s clog-free gutter systems through structured outreach, territory development, and campaign-aligned messaging.
- Assess homeowner needs and property conditions to recommend customized solutions that align with Leafguard’s product capabilities.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate service appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handoff to installation teams.
- Maintain clean CRM records to log customer interactions, track service milestones, and monitor sales activity for performance reporting and campaign optimization.
- Troubleshoot basic product or service questions, escalating complex cases to internal support teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed on Leafguard’s product updates, warranty coverage, and installation protocols to ensure accurate guidance and alignment with campaign messaging.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Sales Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred to support structured outreach and product positioning.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer engagement, ideally within home improvement, construction, or service-based industries.
