Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Lead Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads for HVAC services through effective communication and relationship-building with customers and store associates. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential clients to discuss their HVAC needs, ultimately driving business development and sales opportunities.
Duties
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for B2B sales and technical sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar technology for managing leads and tracking progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using Salesforce being highly desirable.
- Ability to engage customers effectively through negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, marketing, and outbound calling strategies.
- A strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
