Now seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join the team at Southern Grace Interiors in Bluffton, SC.
The ideal candidate will have college level education in interior design or interior architecture, some basic vendor knowledge, and an understanding of all facets of the construction process. Furnishings, fabrics, lighting, building codes, space planning, etc are all required experience and training. We also are looking for someone who will align with our company core values and will represent the company well with our clients. We are seeking a candidate who is detail oriented, anticipates needs and works independently, and must possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude!
We are based in Bluffton but cover the market throughout the Lowcountry from Bluffton and Okatie to Beaufort to HHI to Savannah. You will work based out of our Bluffton office location but will travel frequently to client homes and job sites with your own vehicle. Our firm is expanding into other separate markets, as well, so there is tremendous opportunity for growth within our company over time.
Our pay structure is generous and is a hybrid of both hourly pay combined with commissions.
Specifically, we will prize organization, a supportive demeanor, and strength with curating furnishings for this role. Our company slogan is Luxury by Design, so we are looking for designer candidates who will project this to our clientele.
