The Role
We're a fast-paced, design-driven manufacturer of luxury lighting and home furnishings with a devoted, expanding customer base and a compelling brand story. We're looking for a talented Content Creator to help us shape how the world experiences our products.
As our Content Creator, you'll be the visual storyteller behind Roll & Hill's digital presence. You will report directly to the Marketing Director, crafting engaging content that strengthens our brand identity and captivates our design-forward audience. This role offers the immediate opportunity to make a significant impact on the brand's digital presence across multiple platforms.
What you will do:
- Create captivating visual content. Produce motion graphics, short-form videos, and dynamic marketing assets for web, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content including product animations, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes features
- Develop content strategies that support marketing campaigns, new product launches, and customer acquisition initiatives to drive engagement
- Ensure consistent voice and elevated aesthetic across all digital touchpoints
- Partner with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver innovative social media content that resonates with our audience
- Stay ahead of trends. Keep pulse on the social media landscape and bring fresh ideas to the table
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, communications, marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Elevated taste level that aligns with the company’s design aesthetic
- Understanding of platform trends, best practices, and what makes content break through
- Passion for design, and a genuine interest in lighting/furniture and/or interior design
