National Account Manager | Surge Staffing📍 Columbus, OH (On-site)

Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships and driving meaningful business growth? Surge Staffing is looking for a National Account Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and managing national client partnerships — helping businesses find workforce solutions that make a real impact. You’ll also identify new opportunities for growth, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Surge Staffing at industry events and trade shows.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts
Develop new business opportunities and drive strategic growth
Understand client needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction
Represent Surge Staffing at trade shows and networking events

What You Bring

3+ years in account management, business development, or B2B sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing large or multi-location accounts (industrial background a plus)
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking
Collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
