About the Role
The Sponsorship Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth through new partnership development and brand outreach. You’ll identify potential partners, generate leads, pitch ideas, and collaborate closely with our sales and leadership teams to deliver measurable, meaningful sponsorship programs.
This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who’s passionate about sports, entertainment, and live experiences — and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Primary Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential brand partners across key industries.
• Monitor trends in sports, entertainment, and community marketing to uncover new opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outbound outreach.
• Craft personalized outreach to engage decision-makers and secure meetings.
• Manage your sales pipeline in CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build creative proposals and partnership presentations.
• Brainstorm innovative activation ideas that connect brands with fans in authentic ways.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and occasional live events.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and mentorship with senior sales leaders.
• Take initiative to improve processes and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
What you Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, business development, or communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, partnerships, fundraising, or marketing (internships count!).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident crafting outreach and presenting ideas.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ZoomInfo, SponsorUnited, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• A proactive, positive, and creative mindset — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
• Passion for sports, music, culture, and live events.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote environment.
