Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives, oversee key marketing efforts, and expand our market presence through high-performing presentation-driven client acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong management abilities who can develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that maximize attendance, engagement, and conversions from our in-person presentations.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in B2C sales, marketing execution, team leadership, and event-based selling — with a proven ability to drive revenue and nurture strong customer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will manage and optimize the presentation pipeline, ensuring that each event is fully supported, well-attended, and effectively converted into consultations and closed clients.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that increase presentation attendance and maximize conversions
- Lead and manage a new sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations centered around presentation outcomes
- Oversee execution of marketing campaigns that promote presentations and drive consistent lead flow
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry research
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client needs are met and fostering long-term relationships
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentation delivery, and negotiations
- Utilize CRM tools to track presentation registrations, sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Analyze presentation, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, forecast performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Represent the company at presentations, industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility
- Provide client and audience feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement in content, messaging, and offerings
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or event-based selling, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience participating in or delivering presentations that generate pipeline or revenue
- Background in marketing strategy development or execution that supports event attendance or B2C lead generation
- Strong management experience — leading sales teams or managing high-value accounts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking presentation funnel performance and sales activity
- Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and public speaking skills
- Ability to analyze market, sales, and marketing data to develop informed strategies
- Experience with technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus
