Title: Technical Assistant / APP Operations Support (Think WorkWell)
About Company: Think WorkWell helps mid-sized and large companies improve performance, retention and wellbeing through personalized wellness systems that combine coaching, data and AI technology.
Role Summary: We're looking for a tech-minded assistant to support ongoing app development and system management. You'll work directly with the founder to test, refine and improve the digital wellness platform using modern tools (Lovable, Supabase and AI integrations)
Perfect for: A college student or recent graduate in computer science, software engineering, data analytics or a related field who wants to gain real-world experience in tech, startups and applied AI. Personal passion for health, fitness and community is also encouraged.
Hours: 3-5 per week to start, flexible schedule
Pay: $15-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with app testing, debugging and performance checks
- Implement minor updates in UI or database logic under direction
- Manage feedback loops, efficiency and document improvements
- Run small AI or automation experiments to streamline workflows
- Participate in short weekly check-ins with the founder
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with web/app tools like React, Lovable or Supabase
- Comfort using ChatGPT, AI API's or other automation tools
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn fast
- Interest in health, performance or community wellness a plus
