In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our IT services and software solutions.
You’ll lead strategic B2B sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and help expand our presence in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Market Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the IT services sector.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
🔹 B2B Sales & Lead Generation:
- Drive B2B sales targeting clients in need of IT services and software solutions.
- Generate leads through strategic outreach, networking, and industry events.
🔹 Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
🔹 Software Sales & Solutions:
- Promote and sell our software offerings with a clear understanding of client needs.
- Stay updated on technology and market trends to enhance our sales approach.
🔹 Proposals & Presentations:
- Create compelling proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Clearly articulate value propositions and solution benefits.
🔹 Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and develop partnerships that strengthen our service portfolio.
- Collaborate with partners to extend our market reach.
🔹 Sales Goals:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to ensure consistent revenue growth.
🔹 Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field MBA preferred.
- 1 plus years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software sales, and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
