About the Role
Stemistry is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and tell the story behind our unique blend of coffee, flowers, and culture. You’ll be the creative voice shaping how our brand shows up online, from TikTok trends to aesthetic Instagram posts.
This is a part-time, highly creative position where you’ll have full creative freedom to build our online community and elevate Stemistry’s presence as a trend-setting, design-driven brand.
What You’ll Do
- Capture and post engaging content in both of our stores (photo, video, and stories)
- Create on-trend, original social media content featuring our drinks, florals, staff, and customers
- Develop creative campaigns that align with our seasonal menus, events, and collaborations
- Schedule and manage posts through platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Track engagement analytics and optimize content for performance and growth
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to strengthen visibility and reach
- Respond to customer DMs, comments, and community engagement in a timely, friendly tone
- Collaborate with our leadership and events team on PR and partnership initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing strategy
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, and a pulse on current trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or Canva
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content
- Excellent writing and communication skills — detail-oriented and on-brand
- Creative thinking, strong aesthetic sense, and an eye for storytelling
- Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations (preferred)
