Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, personable, and results-driven individuals to join our team as In-Field Marketing Representatives. As we continue to grow throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, this role plays a vital part in introducing homeowners to the Callen experience. You will represent Callen at premier retail locations such as Costco and Home Depot, community events, and at home shows engaging directly with prospective clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Callen brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at retail locations and public events.
- Initiate engaging conversations with homeowners to introduce window and door replacement and kitchen and bath remodeling services.
- Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for qualified prospects.
- Assist with logistics for event setup and breakdown of marketing displays and materials.
- Create exceptional first impressions and help generate interest in our window, door, kitchen, and bath offerings.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in active event settings.
- Must pass a background check.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred (comprehensive training provided).
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which includes a seven-year lookback period.
Comprehensive Paid Training Includes:
- Introduction to Callen’s history, mission, and client-first culture
- In-depth product and brand training for windows, doors, and remodeling services
- Step-by-step instructions on how to confidently approach and engage homeowners
- Hands-on practice scheduling consultations and using CRM/lead management tools
- Introduction to sales development principles and effective communication strategies
- Learning key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and quantify success
- Field shadowing with experienced Brand Ambassadors at live events
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you achieve goals and grow within the company
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay: $18/hour + Performance-based bonuses with total earning potential of $50,000–$80,000 annually.
