Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of kitchen layouts, renovations, and high-end sales. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences. The Kitchen Designer will also engage in both inside and outside sales, providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process.

Responsibilities
· Consultation & Design:
Provide knowledgeable guidance on kitchen, closet, vanities products, helping customers identify their needs and functional requirements to create aesthetically pleasing and personalized designs.
· Sales & Lead Generation:
Actively generate new leads, follow up on existing leads, and meet personal sales goals by presenting products, preparing quotes, and managing the sales cycle.
· Project Management:
Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial contact and design to installation, and ensure the project is completed to the client's satisfaction.
· Product Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings, including features, materials, and pricing, and stay informed about product updates and market trends.
· Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, building strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Customer Service:
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Sales Experience:
Experience in sales, particularly in kitchen or closet design, is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Ability to create hand-drawn or computer-generated designs, but not a must.
Organizational Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple client projects and sales documents.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with kitchen, bathroom, and closet products, including accessories, flooring, and countertops, is essential.
Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
