HumanHire is partnered with a leading global apparel and accessories designer and licensee in their search for an Associate Designer, Menswear to join their office in Miami.
The Associate Designer, Menswear will be responsible for leading the entire design process from conception to delivery for seasonal product lines.
We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of menswear design experience to join their growing team!
- Compensation: Up to $75,000 per year

Associate Designer, Menswear Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear creative direction for fabric and print development. Ensure product lines align with overall business objectives, meet SKU targets, and support a cohesive merchandising narrative.
- Present trend concepts and seasonal collections to internal teams and external partners, clearly communicating design vision. Partner closely with merchandising to build seasonal calendars and ensure creative decisions are aligned with business needs.
- Lead the approval process for sales samples and provide detailed fit feedback to ensure garments are ready for production. Maintain ownership of the time-and-action calendar to keep all milestones on schedule.
- Support and guide junior designers and interns, helping foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented design team.
Associate Designer, Menswear Qualifications:
- 3 years of menswear design required
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field required
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask
- Strong research and design skills; high level of creativity with refined aesthetic judgement
