Role Overview
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in creating visually compelling designs that bring sports memorabilia to life. This position is responsible for designing and producing graphics across a variety of formats, including custom sports memorabilia, packaging, marketing collateral, product templates, and digital assets. Working closely with the creative, production, and product development teams, the designer ensures that all artwork meets brand standards while appealing to sports fans and collectors.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical design skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sports culture. They must be comfortable working on both high-volume templated projects and one-of-a-kind custom pieces. In addition, the designer contributes to streamlining design workflows, preparing files for production, and ensuring that all deliverables are optimized for print and digital platforms.
This role requires a balance of creativity, efficiency, and collaboration to support the company’s growth in the sports memorabilia market while delivering premium, collectible-quality products.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Be the Expert – Maintain a deep understanding of designing within brand and league guidelines.
- Design and produce graphics for sports memorabilia, packaging, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Support workflow efficiency by organizing files, templates, and design assets.
- Assist in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation to enhance product presentation.
- Stay current with sports culture, memorabilia trends, and design innovations to inspire new concepts.
- Collaborate with creative leads, product designers, and production teams to ensure artwork is print-ready and optimized for manufacturing.
What You Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Corel or 3D tools a bonus.
- Strong understanding of print production, color management, and file preparation.
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail in both custom and high-volume work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Passion for sports, fan culture, and storytelling through design.
- Must be able to present past work that illustrates the capability to work with style guides and stay true to branding.
