Job Overview
The Project Management team handles all aspects of the client project from initiation through delivery. The output of the effort is a synchronization of client project and client support activities allowing for a complete understanding of the project, communication of the project and successful implementation of the project. Project Management is a long-term, professionally directed strategy for maximizing client and company sustainable proven value.
The Project Manager will be knowledgeable in the who, what, on whom, when principles of each project build and have the ability to document and track all elements of the project. The PMO works closely with all Vantage teams from sales through delivery, assisting with requirements gathering, ensuring that workflows and client acceptance are adequately documented, understanding the expected solution including functionality of any given project and assisting with client implementation. This role requires the ability to acquire an in-depth knowledge of our clients, effective understanding of the products being sold, and extensive domain expertise. This role also requires fingerprint submissions, the ability to pass state and federal background checks and CJIS certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full project lifecycle for platform integration - from discovery and scope definition to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate across internal technical, solutions, and product teams to align objectives and execution.
- Facilitate cross-agency collaboration, manage expectations, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource assignments, and risk management protocols.
- Maintain clear, concise, and thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, integration requirements, data flow diagrams, and status updates.
- Report progress and key milestones to internal leadership and external partners.
- Project tracking includes the tracking of client platform development through all phases, reviewing and validating all epics and associated tickets for each module build match project requirements, escalating issues if delivery target is compromised.
- Communication with the client and establishment of meeting agendas, validating any outstanding items for review/discussion and providing follow up communication (internal or external) for any outstanding items.
- Continuous updating from project plan inception throughout the build process utilizing product confluence pages, Epics, etc.
- Assist with the creation of and follow critical Standard Operating Procedures and Workflows.
- Software platform mastery including knowledge of all software platform modules and ability to review the platform against client requirements.
- Participate in cross training staff as requested.

- Training and Mentoring of Employees and/or Clients on Project Management Practices
Qualifications
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks and CJIS certification
- Degree in Management or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS
- Proven experience managing complex platform or data integration projects with external entities.
- Experience working with projects that are multi-site (multi-facility) as well as national, statewide or multi-state
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- PMP or related certification preferred
- Experience managing a Project Plan, including project milestone list, work breakdown structure, change management, communications management, cost management, procurement management, scope management, schedule management, quality management, risk management, risk register, and closeout management.
- Experience in Customer-Facing Consulting Capacity
- Experience in Software Product Development and Agile/Scrum experience
- Previous experience in the public sector is preferred
- Previous experience in the Criminal Justice Industry is highly desired
- Experienced with supporting a Direct Sales team
- Experience in Service Portfolio Management (managing several Programs/Projects)
- Ability to pass a criminal history check
- Ability to provide professional references

- The ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and to respond well to questions

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
