- Support Frontier Communications outreach by assisting with account setups, service enrollment steps, and structured customer guidance.
- Learn to manage client accounts—track engagement, update records, and document all interactions with precision.

- Collaborate with leadership to analyze campaign metrics, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results.
- Complete structured training modules focused on sales account management, service delivery, and campaign execution.
