Job Summary
The Creative Marketing Coordinator position at Flighthouse is designed to conceptualize and advise on Flighthouse’s Music and Brand Marketing campaigns. Acting as the Director of Creative Marketing’s right hand, you'll aid in overall campaign strategy from start to finish: everything from brainstorming the next big movie publicity stunt, recommending influencers, to creating reference videos. The position serves as an essential voice to the Flighthouse team and optimizes workflow between the different business units.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Proposal Ideation: Assisting with creative strategic planning and execution of music and brand marketing campaigns
- Creative Consultation: Advising on multi-unit campaign pivots and creative development
- Audio Tracking and Creator Advisement: Ability to consistently track trending audios and creators for proposals and label outreach
- Pop Culture Expert: Staying on top of the latest pop culture/TikTok trends and applying findings across campaigns.
- Producer in the Making: Assist and shadow any production work associated with Flighthouse Radio.
- Staying on top of workflow: Weekly calls with Account Managers to optimize the influencer team’s overall workflow, discussing campaign trajectory, creator lists, etc.
- Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to work at least 4 days per week from our Los Angeles Office
- Music industry / label experience OR marketing coordinator experience (preferably in influencer marketing)
- Knowledge of creator economy, social media trends/updates, and aware of creators on the rise
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications
Pay Scale
- $21.00 - $23.00 USD per hour
- The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
