We’re a fast-growing luxury renovation showroom seeking a sharp, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Hallandale Beach team. We sell premium products (doors, windows, cabinetry, wall panels) and deliver standout service to homeowners, contractors, and designers — and we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through product options and design solutions with warmth and professionalism
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and keep accurate records in our CRM
- Coordinate deliveries, installation dates, and service calls with attention to detail
- Handle payment processing, pricing, and order verification
- Keep the showroom sharp, updated, and organized
- Learn our product lines, pricing, and systems through hands-on training
What We’re Looking For
- Natural communicator with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM and Excel
- A customer-first attitude and a proactive problem-solver
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Familiarity with floor plans, measurements, or construction materials is a plus — not a must
- Background in retail, remodeling, construction, roofing, or cabinetry is helpful
- Fluent English speaker, both written and verbal
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base Pay: $18–$20/hour
- Commission: 3% of Net Revenue (Gross Sales – Sales Tax – Cost of Goods Sold)
- Earning Potential: $42K – $100K+ annually
Training & Benefits
- 2 Weeks Paid Training – Learn products, systems, and sales skills from experts
- PTO:
- 1 week after 6 months
- 2 weeks after 1 year
- 5 paid sick/personal days after 6 months
- Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm
- Saturday: 10am–4pm
- Sunday: 11am–3pm
- Monthly rotating schedule provided in advance
