Inventory & Data Analyst(Entry-Level) – Medical Device – Gillette, NJ 07933
We are currently seeking candidates for an entry-level Inventory & Data Analyst position located in Gillette, NJ (07933). The Inventory & Data Analyst will support the Service Department and will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing medical device inventory data across multiple functions using Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is strong in Excel, comfortable working with data, and a strong critical thinker. On-site 5 days per week.
This is a full-time permanent position that will pay a base salary of $50-$55K (depending on experience) plus a 5-10% bonus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the internal Excel database of all parts inventory.
- Review part images and apply quality grading standards.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of all inventory and quality data.
- Track inventory levels, usage, and parts that need replacement or sourcing.
- Assist the Service Directors with day-to-day service support tasks.
- Perform basic cost analysis to determine whether to source parts internally, through resellers, or from the manufacturer.
- Identify data issues, trends, or discrepancies and communicate them proactively.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- 0-1 years of analytical experience (internships included).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Practical intelligence (ability to learn quickly, think independently, and solve problems).
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and inventory information.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the service team.
