Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Jr. Finance Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and will have several key responsibilities, including:
- Interpreting multi-layer client contracts to support invoicing customer portfolio along with analyzing and reporting results.
- Financial account management of customer portfolio supporting requests for reporting and invoice inquiries.
- Audit and reconciliation of freight accounts to ensure completeness and results integrity.
- Contribute to company financial planning, preparation and analysis by supporting the collection, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data.
- maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for internal and client-facing use.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Assist with monthly closing activities to ensure timely reporting to executive management.
- Work with other departments like operations, relationship management, sales and marketing to gather necessary information and support financial initiatives.
- Participate alongside Senior and Executive Management on Special Projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.

- Highly computer literate – Microsoft Suite with Advanced Excel is required, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, PowerBI and Tableau, SQL experience highly desirable.
