Position is hybrid (two days in the office) until Labor Day and then will require full time in the office
Responsibilities:
- Supports vendor management responsibilities for System-wide benefits programs and may include direct accountability for a generally lower impact/low complexity program.
- Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, stakeholders, plan participants and Federal Reserve System partners like Payroll.
- Prepares reporting and works with Office of Employee Benefits team members to prepare analytics for the team to assess program engagement.
- Outlines key points of routine benefits communications for dedicated communications team.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
Job Requirements
Details:
Knowledge Areas:
- Broad experience in benefit plans' administration, operations (payroll and/or recordkeeping) and data analysis
- Understanding of governmental plans and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) provisions governing qualified and non-qualified benefits plans
- Ability to manage third party vendors and build productive business relationships.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
