About this Position
Are you passionate about guiding customers through meaningful change and helping them unlock the full value of technology solutions? As an Implementation Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to customers during short-term implementation engagements. You’ll lead clients through structured onboarding and adoption milestones, facilitate consultative discussions, and help them align their recruiting strategies to drive measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for individuals experienced in project management, change management, customer success, training, or consulting who enjoy working directly with internal and external stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead customers through defined implementation engagements designed to drive adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solution products.
- Conduct consultative sessions to support change management, stakeholder alignment, and strategic decision-making.
- Execute and adjust project plans across 10–12 week engagement cycles, ensuring key milestones and success objectives are met.
- Facilitate virtual enablement sessions and product walk-throughs to drive user adoption and ongoing usage.
- Serve as the client’s strategic guide, helping them translate product usage insights into practical recruiting outcomes.
- Partner closely with internal Sales Account Directors and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer, escalating trends, risks, and insights to internal teams to influence product and process improvements.
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements simultaneously, balancing timelines, expectations, and communication across stakeholders.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Account Management, Implementation, Change Management, Customer Success, Project Management, Consulting, or Training.
- Proven success working with multiple clients concurrently while maintaining exceptional relationship-building and organization skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and lead through influence.
- Experience guiding customers through change and driving product adoption or process improvements.
- Ability to interpret data insights and connect them to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, SaaS environments, or HR Technology preferred.
- Familiarity with AI solutions, prompt engineering, Dynamics, or Smartsheets preferred.
- Background in consultative sales or training enablement.

Pay Range
Salary Range: $47 - 50/hr
