We’re looking for a tech-savvy, solutions-driven individual to help us build and maintain a custom CRM/dialer system integrated with Google Sheets, workflows, and automation tools that power our agency operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a CRM & Workflow Automation Specialist who can design, develop, and manage our custom sales platform — including dialer systems, CRM dashboards, Google Apps Script automations, and data integrations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who understands how to connect tools like Google Sheets, Twilio, Slack, and CRM APIs to create seamless, automated sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a custom Dialer + CRM system for insurance sales (lead management, tracking, and call workflows).
- Automate key processes using Google Apps Script, Sheets, Forms, and Slack integrations.
- Create dashboards and performance tracking tools for agents and managers.
- Connect third-party tools (e.g., Twilio, Zapier, CRMs, email APIs, etc.) into one unified system.
- Maintain and improve lead distribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot automation errors and continuously improve system performance.
- Work directly with leadership to implement new features, metrics, and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets automation, and API integrations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or custom-built CRMs)
- Experience with dialer systems (e.g., Twilio, Vicidial, Ricochet, or similar)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or Python (preferred)
- Experience with workflow tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
- Strong understanding of sales workflows and lead management
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Background in insurance industry systems or sales automation
- Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports
- Familiarity with AI tools or chat agents (11Labs, OpenAI, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,437.73 - $150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
