We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day finance activities, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and optimize performance. - Handle and oversee day-to-day finance activities , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and guide Junior Finance Executives in their day-to-day tasks.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and validation of control accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets, supporting management in setting financial goals.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely submission of accurate records and effective internal controls.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, providing regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and vendor payments.
- Evaluate and implement financial tools and systems such as QuickBooks to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software tools and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
