We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front — someone who doesn’t just talk about success, but shows their team how it’s done.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit & Hire: Build out sales teams by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new reps.
- Train & Develop: Run team trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions to help reps improve their performance.
- Lead Daily Meetings: Conduct short, high-energy team meetings to set goals, track results, and drive accountability.
- Personally Sell: Lead by example — knock doors, call, generate referrals, close deals, and demonstrate excellence in the field.
- Hit Team Goals: Drive production metrics for your team and yourself each week.
- Culture & Motivation: Keep your team hungry, positive, and unified around daily success habits.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in sales (solar, pest, alarms, or door-to-door experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Competitive, coachable, and accountable mindset
- Ability to motivate, train, and drive a team to perform
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field daily
