Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to cover the Orlando, FL metropolitan area and surrounding markets. This role will report directly to our Miami headquarters.
The successful candidate will represent premium waterproofing and sealant products, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth within the Central Florida territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for contractors, architects, engineers, and window manufacturers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage qualified leads to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Provide technical support and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leverage Rafa’s Miami warehouse and East Coast distribution network to ensure fast, reliable product availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Presentations and New Business Development.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
- Preferred: Prior sales experience in waterproofing products, sealants, or related construction materials.
- Familiarity with the construction or structural supplies industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Orlando and Central Florida markets.
