What You’ll Do:
- Own your territory. Build and grow a book of business across South Florida—meeting clients, networking, and expanding relationships.
- Drive growth. Drive growth. Bring in new ideal clients while nurturing existing relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships that consistently exceed goals.
- Sell smart. Learn how to upsell, cross-sell, and design bundled print + promo solutions that deliver real impact.
- Work with leadership. You’ll have direct access to our CEO and leadership team—no red tape, no corporate layers.
- Make it happen. Manage your time like an entrepreneur. Set meetings, follow up, close deals, and celebrate wins.
- Be coachable and accountable. Take feedback, apply it fast, and own your results — because growth happens when you listen, learn, and follow through.
What You Bring
- Previous sales experience with a track record of relationship-based selling and repeat business. Preferably B2B.
- You’re a self-starter—driven, organized, and accountable.
- Comfortable generating your own leads and finding opportunity in every conversation.
- You connect naturally with people and enjoy being out in the field meeting clients face-to-face.
- You’re hungry for growth—personally, professionally, and financially.
Bonus points if you:
- Have sold to healthcare, finance, or other mid-size regulated industries.
- Understand how to leverage supplier diversity certifications (WBENC / NMSDC).
- Have experience in printing, promotional products, marketing services, or packaging.
