To support our strong international growth, we are looking for an IT Service Support Engineer based out of Rochester, MN.
Role and Responsibilities:
An IT Service Support Engineer is a professional who installs and maintains DR & ultrasound equipment and software, provides hands-on training to users on equipment operation, and ensures proper system function and safety protocols are followed. Key responsibilities include:
· Installation of hardware and software on x-ray systems
· Provide software and technical support and assistance to IMV Technologies customers via onsite or remote as required for imaging or troubleshooting.
· Provide operator training on x-ray imaging systems including software applications, general operational theory and basic maintenance.
· Provide component system installation or installation assistance.
· Provide training to internal staff on how to operate the systems correctly and efficiently.
· Stay informed on the latest safety protocols and training the team as required.
· Ability to travel to customer sites, up to 10% of the time throughout US and Canada
The Profile:
· Degree qualified in IT Networking or related IT discipline
· Previous IT related experience, particularly in Networking
· Strong software and computer skills
· Previous electronic repair experience is desirable
· Ability to interpret complex technical information
· Skilled in resolving technical issues in sensitive environments
 - Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are critical

- Highly organised and focused individual who can manage their time and set priorities.
