Key Responsibilities:
 - Oversee and implement quality control programs throughout all phases of construction.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify compliance with contract requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections and document findings to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Manage and track RFI’s, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
 - 5+ years of experience in commercial construction quality control or inspection roles.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and construction documentation.
- Experience managing RFI’s, inspections, and submittal reviews.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
