The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to provide top-tier support to multiple financial advisors. You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, accurate, and handled with care.

What You’ll Do:
· Manage day-to-day client service needs with precision and professionalism
· Open, maintain, and service investment accounts (IRAs, trusts, 401(k)s, etc.)
· Process account transactions, RMDs, beneficiary updates, and address changes
· Coordinate with advisors to schedule client meetings, prepare reports, and execute post meeting follow-up tasks
· Diligently follow up on asset transfers, ensuring new accounts are received in good order
· Resolve service issues with custodians and third-party providers
· Keep our CRM meticulously updated with detailed client notes and activities
· Support special projects as assigned, and assist in maintaining a compliant practice
This position is not a pathway to becoming a financial advisor, nor will it evolve into one. Candidates must pass background checks. We are looking for the right person to contribute to our team’s success.
A competitive salary and full array of benefits (401k, profit sharing, medical, dental, vacation) are provided. Minimum of 3 days in the office. Willing to entertain 32-40 hrs/week for the right candidate.
