You’ll be at the center of the action — analyzing, evaluating, and structuring loans across a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties, while working closely with our origination and credit teams to drive smart lending decisions and fuel our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Assess loan applications, evaluating the financial viability and risk factors of each borrower and loan.
- Mitigate risk by conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing creditworthiness, collateral value, and repayment capacity.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to build strong relationships with brokers and borrowers.
