Marketing Analyst who thrives at the intersection of marketing and data. This role is all about measuring campaign performance, maintaining data accuracy, and uncovering insights that help our team make smarter decisions.
About The Role
The Marketing Analyst will own 
campaign analytics, reporting, and marketing data quality. You’ll work across Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Automation, paid media, and web analytics platforms to measure performance, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity. Your insights will directly influence budget allocation, pipeline generation, and campaign strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Performance & Measurement- Track and report on campaign results across channels (email, paid social, paid search, website, events).
- Build dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and CPSQL.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign spend and effectiveness.
 
- Analytics & Attribution- Support and refine attribution models to measure the true impact of marketing programs.
- Analyze lead sources, pipeline velocity, and ROI to inform marketing investments.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel reporting and marketing-to-sales handoff metrics.
 
-  Data Hygiene & List Management- Maintain marketing data integrity across Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Automation.
- Oversee campaign segmentation and execute list pulls, including manual auditing and data cleanup as required.
- Own the auditing dashboard to identify and resolve database gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies, ensuring accurate attribution for MQLs and SQLs.
 
- Insights & Reporting- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and campaign owners.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor trends and surface opportunities to increase marketing efficiency.
 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to align reporting and goals.
- Support campaign testing and experimentation by measuring A/B test outcomes.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting with marketing performance data.
 
 
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing operations role.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid search, paid social, web analytics).
- Familiarity with attribution models and funnel metrics (MQL ? SQL ? Closed Won).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator, able to turn data into simple, compelling stories.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
U.S. Employees will accrue 15 days of PTO for the first year of completed employment and eligible to receive 12 holidays annually.

The pay range for this position $60,000-$70,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
