We seek a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for design to craft visually compelling, brand-aligned content across web, branding, packaging, and social media. Consistency, adaptability, and delivering quality work on time are key to this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop visual concepts that communicate our partners’ messages across a variety of media platforms.
- Create engaging layouts for web and collaborate closely with the web development team to bring those designs to life.
- Design logos, brand identities, and graphics that align with each partner’s unique voice and audience.
- Produce social media graphics and digital content that enhance online presence and drive engagement.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs including layouts, logos, graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm concepts, refine designs, and deliver exceptional work on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital, web, and social.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into compelling visual assets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For…
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2 years of experience in graphic design, bonus points for experience in an agency setting
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box
- Timeline-Driven Mentality- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating a range of skills and styles.
- Curiosity and boldness is a must.
