Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader for our product development of gas concentration measurement instruments. This person will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects. Our team currently includes full-time employees, advisors, and contract staff at various locations. We plan on transitioning to a more Nashville-centric organization and require a strong leader of the local team. The focus will be on developing efficient processes and collaborating closely with the product management and other departments, to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to organizational objectives.
Experience
 - Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred, but may be waived in favor of applicable experience in mechanical, optical or electronics design.
 
 - Minimum of five (5) years of total work experience, including some experience in supervising cross-disciplined engineering teams.
 
 - Experience in working in highly dynamic startup environment preferred.
 
 - Position will be based in Nashville, TN, US – remote work is not available. Preference will be given to qualified applicants that are already located in the Nashville metropolitan area. Some travel (10%) to attend meetings and technical conferences is likely.
