Overview

The Internal Communications & Engagement Analyst plays a key role in supporting company-wide communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong writing, organizational, and project management skills to help connect employees with the firm’s culture, strategy, and priorities. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, with day-to-day direction from the Director of Employee Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and regularly update intranet content, including new hire and anniversary announcements, business updates, and shareable internal posts.
Manage and update the internal communications content calendar to ensure alignment and effective planning.
Write, edit, and design engaging content such as newsletters, internal emails, presentations, and other materials that foster connection and awareness among employees.
Assist in the execution of special projects and communication campaigns within the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (strong academic background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in communications, ideally focused on internal or corporate communications.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across multiple internal channels.
