About The Role:
As the
Customer Supply Chain Analyst at Feastables, you will play a critical role in building out key customer partnerships and ensuring execution is top notch in the industry. The right person will be an entrepreneur with an eagerness to learn and adapt while helping Feastables achieve its growth potential.
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly-motivated, creative individual with a background in CPG operations capable of both hands-on individual contribution and strong leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and process orders for US retail businesses in NetSuite
- Own customer onboarding process and launch execution timelines
- Work with CSC manager to develop & maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics. Present key findings on regular cadence to internal stakeholders
- Monitor customer inventory and weeks of stock – partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning to understand customer ordering volumes, cadences and patterns
- Collaborate with internal (sales, planning, ops, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to align supply chain processes, support in store activations, and resolve operational issues
- Develop a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements and prepare solutions to support their needs
- Develop innovative retailer solutions based on consumer insights to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Support demand planning and sales forecasting processes with relevant customer data insights to support smooth execution of new product launches, planogram changes, and sales activations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to travel to visit customers as appropriate
- 0-2 years of experience in supply chain
