With a brand-new showroom in Roslyn and ambitious growth goals, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist who’s passionate about home improvement and outdoor living. This role focuses on showroom and field-based consultative sales of hot tubs, fireplaces, and outdoor lifestyle products, with the potential to build significant income through commissions. You’ll help customers bring their vision to life while growing your own success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, by phone, and online to assess their needs and guide them to the right solutions.
- Sell a range of products including hot tubs, fireplaces, stoves, cold plunges, outdoor living features, and accessories.
- Follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Create accurate quotes, explain product features and financing options, and assist in closing sales.
- Stay up to date with product lines, promotions, and trends in wellness and outdoor living.
- Collaborate with our service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction from purchase to setup.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior sales experience required.
- Preferred sales experience especially in home improvement, luxury goods, or high-ticket items.
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven by results and commissions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work weekends and peak retail hours.
- Proficient with technology and CRM tools.
- Interest or experience in hot tubs, fireplaces, or outdoor living is a plus.

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
