About the JobWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints. You’ll own the creation and delivery of high-quality creative assets while helping to elevate and evolve our visual identity.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with production-level work, while contributing to high-impact projects across brand, marketing, and sales. You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate in a fast-paced, supportive, and highly creative environment. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver high-quality assets that meet Cure’s brand standards. Assets include, but are not limited to: packaging, website graphics, social media assets, marketing collateral, digital ads, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Own design projects from concept through production, ensuring all assets are optimized for print and digital.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, contributing to design systems and templated layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop concepts and iterate quickly.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver consistent, visually engaging materials for all go-to-market channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress clearly.
- Stay current with design trends, digital best practices, and competitor design work, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
About You- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required.
- Comfortable designing full layouts, social media assets, and web-ready graphics in a production environment.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency across digital and print.
- Maintain pixel-perfect attention to detail and experience delivering production-ready files.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visual stories.
- Skilled at working within brand systems while also pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight timelines.
- An enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive communicator in a remote work environment.
- Understanding of major social platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Familiarity with producing short-form video for Instagram or TikTok.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or DTC design best practices.
- Photography, illustration, or photo retouching skills.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web handoff.
- Passion for the health, wellness, or CPG industry.
- Based in New York.
