CarterPierce is supporting a global premium kitchen products brand in a search for a Corporate Strategy hire to drive strategic & operational initiatives, key project management efforts, and international expansion projects while also assisting in investment due diligence. This hire will work closely with executives and regularly partner with department leaders to identify strategic growth opportunities and execute high-impact projects. This is a near-term start and in-office role in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support key commercial, growth, operational, and organizational improvement initiatives
- Support expansion projects, including new market entry, product launches, and operational scaling
- Research and analyze business opportunities and provide recommendations on plans for growth, improved profitability or solutions to key business challenges
- Regularly prepare and present detailed market analysis to support key initiatives
- Provide analytical and deck-building support for our strategic communications, including Board of Director materials, executive briefing materials, and offsite sessions
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders across the organization
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or strategic finance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or undefined situations
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a track record of taking initiative
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective partnership
