We’re a boutique social media and digital marketing agency specializing in wellness, lifestyle, and natural consumer brands. We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our client campaigns, content calendars, reporting efforts, community management, along with miscellaneous marketing tasks to make the team run efficiently. This is a remote day-to-day work position with the ability to meet in person locally for strategy sessions or events (approximately quarterly).

🧭 What You’ll Do
Support the execution of social media campaigns — scheduling posts, coordinating assets, and ensuring deliverables are on brand and on time.
Assist with email marketing — building campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, managing lists, and pulling reports.
Collaborate on paid ad management — monitor campaigns, update creatives, and organize performance data (with direction)
Manage content calendars and help prepare creative briefs for design and copy teams.
Conduct market and influencer research for ongoing campaigns.
Help prepare weekly and monthly client reports summarizing key performance metrics and insights.
Participate in client calls as needed, taking notes and tracking follow-ups.

✨ Who You Are
1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
Comfortable coordinating across multiple projects and deadlines.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, ad performance metrics, and email marketing basics.
Proficient in basic analytics dashboards.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — a natural multitasker who loves checking boxes and seeing campaigns come to life.
Based in South Florida and available for occasional in-person meetings.
