Position Overview
Reporting to the
Sr. Manager, National Field Marketing, the
Field Marketing Coordinator will be an essential member of the Field Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives at the regional level. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, events, and campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts within designated geographic areas.
This is a full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton Florida.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations coordination or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
Key Responsibilities
Training & SOP Management
- Identify the specific platforms or processes that require training and SOPs for fleet, Connecteam, SharePoint, and beyond.
- Build out comprehensive onboarding materials, including ambassador guidelines, brand assets, and training modules to familiarize ambassadors with brand and expectations.
Recap and Data Management
- Collect data and information from various sources including field reports, college activities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Compile detailed recaps summarizing field and college activities, ensuring all key points are included.
- Verify the accuracy of data and information before compiling recaps.
Marketing Ambassador Support
- Determine the demographics and characteristics for ideal ambassadors, considering factors such as industry expertise, social media presence, and passion for the brand.
- Support FMA interview process.
- Support FMAs and FMMs within reporting platforms.
Documentation Management
- Update contact sheets, training documents, employee handbooks etc. on SharePoint with accurate information.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all relevant documents including fleet tracker, product orders, weekly/monthly recap decks, asset & apparel inventory, etc.
- Support invoice/PO submission and budgeting processes as necessary.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
