We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.
- Architect and Design:
- Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.
- Development:
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.
Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards.
