About the Job
Your mission, if you accept it, will be to design, code, review, and debug custom code for our customers. Your tools will be Odoo’s source code, your company-issued computer, and—most importantly—your brain. You’ll bring our clients’ unique business needs to life through smart and maintainable Odoo customizations. You’ll collaborate with other developers, perform code reviews, and ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions.
In short, you’ll be the bridge between Odoo’s powerful framework and the customer’s specific vision, making sure every customization runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Programming Languages: Python, SQL, JavaScript

Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors and company size
- Support and maintain those specific solutions
- Answer technical questions from our customers and partners
Must Have
- Proficient with object-oriented programming languages
- Understanding of relational databases
- Ability to learn and evolve quickly
- Curious and eager to learn
- Great communicator
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Knowledge or experience of how businesses are run (e.g., sales, accounting, inventory management, etc.)
- Experience with Unix-like systems (Linux, macOS)

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $75,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
